Hall rentals are available to active members in good standing. A local member may sponsor an outside group or individual but they assume responsibility for their conduct while on our property. We don't host teen parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties or any event charging admission where alcohol is served as that is a violation of our liquor license.

Shared Fees

Policy Notes
No Outside Liquor
If you want to have liquor available at your event you must use our inventory and our bartenders. Our liquor license prevents any and all outside liquor. Violations will result in immediate expulsion and forfieture of all fees.
Decorations & Confetti
Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed and similar loose decorations are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of part or all of the cleaning deposit. Tape, tacks, staples and nails are not allowed on the walls. Sparklers and open flames including candles are not allowed. Painters tape or 3M putty may be used to hang decorations but must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
End of Evening
Any music must stop at 11 PM. Last call for alcohol will also be at 11 PM with all glasses, bottles and etc. removed by 11:30 PM. Everyone must have left the building by Midnight.
Cleaning Deposit Refund
The deposit is returned within 5 business days after the event, provided the hall is left clean and free of damage. Deductions may apply for excessive cleanup or repairs.
