A Website That Actually Runs the Way Your Lodge Does
Not a generic template you have to bend into shape — a website built around what a lodge actually needs to publish and manage, from your events and hall rentals to your leadership and philanthropy.
Lodge-shaped, not generic
Every page maps to something a lodge really does — nothing you have to invent from a blank builder.
Your colors
A built-in palette picker matches the site to your lodge's own look.
No code required
Run entirely from its own built-in dashboard. If you can fill in a form, you can run your site.
Most Lodges Are Stuck With One of Two Bad Options
No real website at all
Members and prospective members can't find your hours, your events, or how to rent the hall — so the phone rings for things a website should have answered.
A generic website builder
It technically works, but it has no idea what a lodge is. There's no natural home for Hall Rental, Entertainment Booking, Volunteer Sign-up, or a philanthropy page — so those either get bolted on awkwardly or left off entirely.
Everything a Lodge Actually Publishes
The pages a lodge needs are built in and understood — not features you have to assemble yourself.
One page is fixed. The rest is entirely your call.
Every site has a Home page. Everything past that is a checkbox you control — nothing is forced into your menu because we thought you’d want it. You also get starter Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages, created and linked in your footer to save you starting from a blank page. They’re templates to adapt, not finished legal copy, so review them for your own lodge’s situation before relying on them.
Eight pages, switched on as you need them
Each one is a single checkbox — turn on only what your lodge actually uses, and turn it back off later without losing a word you wrote. Contact is switched on to start you off; the rest wait until you want them:
- Dining
- Rentals
- Members
- Gallery
- Volunteer
- Bookings
- Calendar
- Contact
An About page that builds itself
Four more sections stack together into a single About page, so your menu stays short instead of sprouting a link for each one. Turn on just one and the page simply appears under that section’s own name — which is why a new site shows “Leadership,” the one section we start you with:
- Leadership
- Charity
- History
- Links
And as many pages of your own as you want
Need something none of the above covers — a scholarship program, a hall of fame, a memorial page? Add your own, as many as you like. You get a simple editor with headings, bold and italic, colors, lists, links, photos and video, and each published page is added to your navigation automatically.
A color palette that's yours
Pick a palette so the whole site matches your lodge's own colors — no design work, no CSS.
Your own dashboard
Everything's run from one dashboard built specifically for this — Home, pages, colors, templates, all in one place. No code, no jargon, no developer on standby.
Two designs, your choice
Classic or Modern — two full site designs built in from the start. Switch between them anytime from your dashboard; nothing to rebuild, nothing to reinstall.
A Private Space for Your Community
Every site includes a private, password-protected Community Feed — a little like Facebook, but not just anyone can post. People join by invitation, so it holds exactly who you want in it: your whole roster, or just the folks who actually turn up. You choose who has the right to post; everyone else can still read and comment. Every post is a real conversation — comments, reactions, RSVPs, and polls, all in one place.
Real headcounts, not guesses
Any post can become an event with one checkbox — people respond with how many they’re bringing, so you’re planning food and seating around a real number instead of a show of hands at last month’s meeting.
Who’s bringing the potato salad?
An RSVP can ask one more question alongside the headcount — “What are you bringing?” for a potluck, or a pledge amount for a fundraiser. Numeric answers keep a running total as replies come in, and you choose whether everyone sees them or only you and your moderators.
Feedback, not just a show of hands
Run a real poll — yes/no or multiple choice — with results hidden until each person actually votes, so nobody’s answer is shaped by seeing everyone else’s first.
A private line to leadership
Not every concern belongs in a public comment thread. A private ‘Ask a Question’ button sends a message straight to leadership — never visible to anyone else in the feed.
You choose who has the right to post
People join by invitation only, and you decide who’s allowed to post — everyone else can still read and comment. You’re also in charge of what it allows: disable comments sitewide, or restrict one person’s commenting without removing them from the feed.
Don't Have a Website Yet? We'll Help.
If your lodge doesn't already have a website, that's no problem at all — you don't need one before you start. Pick your plan below, and if you'd like hands-on help getting a domain name (your lodge's own web address), getting hosting in place, and getting your plugin installed, we offer a one-time guided Website Setup service for $150. Our builder runs on a platform called WordPress; if you've never heard of it, that's completely fine — you'll never need to know more than that. Prefer to handle it yourself? The full Manual covers every step in detail, and you're always welcome to reach out with questions.
Let Your Sponsors Pay for the Site
The Community Feed has a sponsor column built in. Sell that space to the businesses that already back your lodge — the insurance agent, the funeral home, the pizza place on the corner — and a handful of them can cover the whole subscription. The annual plan is $990; at the suggested rates on our sample rate card, two premium sponsors on annual terms come to $1,098, and three standard ones come to $1,137. Anything past that is money in the lodge’s account. The selling and the money are entirely yours — you set the rates and collect directly; the site’s job is to run the ads and stop them when the term is up. Don’t want sponsors? Switch the column off and it’s gone.
The size advertisers already know
Ads run at 300 × 250 — the standard “Medium Rectangle” every ad buyer recognizes. You ask for artwork at that size and they supply it, exactly the way print and newsletter ad sales have always worked.
Terms that run themselves
Give an ad a start date and a term of three, six or twelve months, and the end date works itself out. The ad appears when it should and stops when the term is up — no reminder in a diary, nothing to switch off by hand.
Everybody gets a turn on top
Every sponsor currently running is shown, and the order shuffles forward on a timer you set — every minute, or every two, three or five. So each advertiser takes a turn at the top of the column through the day. The one who signed up last isn’t buried under the ones who came first, and you can tell every sponsor the same true thing. There’s no fixed limit on how many you sell; the sensible ceiling is about one ad for every post in your feed, and your Ads screen tells you when you’ve reached it.
A premium tier to sell
Tick one box and an ad joins the top three, above every standard ad, with a “Sponsor” badge on it. That’s a second, higher-priced tier you can offer — and only three of them are ever on screen at once, which is exactly the kind of scarcity that sells.
Or a sponsors page anyone can see
The feed column reaches the people inside your community. For a sponsor who wants to be seen by everyone, build an “Our Sponsors” page — you get unlimited pages of your own, logos and links go in like any other image, and it joins your navigation the moment you publish. That page is yours to keep up to date; the scheduling and rotation above belong to the feed column.
See the sponsor column for yourself — the Community Feed on this site is open to read, ads and all.
Not sure what to charge? Here’s a sample rate card you can print, adapt, and hand to an advertiser — suggested numbers only; the pricing is yours to set.
One Plan, Everything Included
Every core page, every optional page, as many pages of your own as you want, and the built-in Community Feed — all in one plan, no tiers to compare.
Monthly
$99/month
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Annual
$990/year
Two months free compared to paying monthly.
More than 750 people on your Community Feed? The Large plan raises the limit to 2,000 — $199 a month or $1,990 a year.
30-day money-back guarantee — if it isn’t right for your lodge, we refund it in full, no questions asked.
Everything described on this page is included in that plan. Text-message (SMS) notifications and text-based two-factor sign-in codes are the one exception — an optional add-on with its own monthly plan, Standard $35/month (2,000 texts) or Plus $75/month (5,000), chosen independently of the plan above and added whenever you want it. Because messages are paid for as they are sent, the add-on carries its own refund terms.
See It Running for Yourself
